Disabled visitors and carer information

There is NO concession for disabled visitors. However, all registered disabled visitors are entitled to one free carers ticket.  All carers require a ticket to the show.

If you require a free carers ticket we will need to provide a copy of any one of the following:

• Confirmation of Middle or Higher rate of Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
• Confirmation that you are in receipt of Standard of Advance rate of Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
• Certification of being registered blind or partially sighted

To claim your free carers ticket please email your booking reference number and a copy of the relevant document to:

If paying on the day you will have to bring the evidence with you.

Without this proof we are unable to provide a free carers ticket and they will have to pay for entry to the show.
